AIAS kürt BioWares Rollenspiel Mass Effect 2 zum Spiel des Jahres 2010
Auch RDR und Heavy Rain vertreten
Zwar erhielt man nicht die meisten Auszeichnungen, aber dafür doch eine der wichtigsten: Die Academy of Interactive Arts und Sciences hat BioWares Rollenspiel Mass Effect 2 zum Spiel des Jahres 2010 gekürt.
Gleichzeitig sicherte sich der Titel noch Preise in den Kateogrien "Role Playing / MMO Game of the Year" und "Outstanding Achievement in Story", während BioWares Ray Muzyka und Greg Zeschuk in die Hall of Fame der AIAS aufgenommen wurden.
Die meisten Preise erhielt Rockstars Red Dead Redemption, unter anderem in der Kategorie "Action Game of the Year". Ebenfalls gut vertreten: Quantic Dreams Heavy Rain, das man zum Beispiel mit dem Preis "Outstanding Innovation in Gaming" auszeichnete.
Zu den weiteren Preisträgern zählen etwa auch StarCraft 2, Limbo, God of War 3 oder Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.
